These are the terms of using Coacher. They are short because the product is: a coach programs, a client logs, and the record belongs to the person who made it.
Coacher is software a coach uses to program training, nutrition and habits for their clients, and that a client uses to log the work and see it back. We provide the software. Your coach provides the coaching.
Coacher is not a medical service and gives no medical advice. Talk to a doctor about anything medical.
Your account is yours. It is separate from your coach’s account, and it stays yours if you change coach or leave.
Keep your password to yourself, and use one account for one person. Tell us if you think somebody else is using yours.
What you log is yours. You can download all of it whenever you like, and you do not need to ask us first.
We keep your history intact rather than quietly removing parts of it.
A coach runs a gym on Coacher and invites clients to it. Your coach can see the record you keep inside their gym, and no other coach can.
Coaches are responsible for what they program and what they say to their clients. We do not review or approve it.
Paid plans are arranged with us directly at the moment, not through a card form on this site. We will tell you what you owe and when, before you owe it.
If a payment is not made we may pause a gym’s paid features. Your record stays downloadable either way.
Do not upload somebody else’s photos, videos or health information without their say so. Do not use Coacher to break the law, and do not try to reach another gym’s data.
You can stop using Coacher at any time. Ask us and we will delete your account and your record. A trial gym nobody claims is deleted seven days after it is created.
If these terms change we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
