This page says what Coacher holds about you, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and how you take it with you. It is written in plain sentences on purpose.

What we hold

• Your email address and the name you sign up with.
• Your training and health record: the sets you log, your check ins, your weigh ins, your step counts and any body measurements you record.
• Your photos and videos: progress photos, the form videos you send your coach, and your coach’s notes on them.
• Your food logs: what you ate, and its calories and macros.
• Your messages and comments with your coach.

Who else touches it

• Supabase hosts the database, in Sydney, Australia.
• Vercel runs the website, also in Sydney.
• Our email provider sends the emails we send you, such as an invitation from your coach.

What your coach can see

Your coach can see the record you keep inside their gym. Coaches cannot see each other’s members.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your record until you ask us to delete them. Write to us and we will.

A trial gym that nobody claims is deleted seven days after it is created. A gym that has been claimed is never deleted this way.

Taking your record with you

You can download your whole record at any time from My record. Leaving, or changing coach, takes nothing away from you.
