Questions people ask
Does it cost more when I sign more clients?No. Free and Solo have a cap on how many active clients you can hold, but within that cap the price does not move. Gym has no client cap at all: you pay per coach.
What counts as a seat?One coach. If three coaches work in your gym, that is three seats, however many clients they hold between them.
What happens if I go over the cap on Free or Solo?Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out. You are asked to move up a plan before you take on the next client.
Can I move between plans?Yes, in either direction, and it takes effect on your next monthly bill.
Do my clients pay anything to Coacher?No. Your clients pay you. Coacher bills the coach, never the client.
Can I take my data with me?Yes. You can export your clients and their records at any time, on every plan including Free.
